Armor hardeners needed a buff but I was concerned about the jump to 40%, particularly since it has a longer duration than shield hardeners of the same resistance.

People complained that Shields were passively repping through AV fire with Hardener. Now we have Armor tanks with 200+ Armor rep and Hardener just repping through everything like EZ mode.
Yeah....passive reps as the primary means of HP regen needs to die asap. We need to bring back the old active modules and nerf passive shield and armor regen into the ground.

Which is why we need active modules, so shield and armor regen can be for maintenance of HP, and not the primary means of HP regeneration. The whole move to "Passive regeneration is the only viable way to go!" was, and always will be a fools errand.

Well not quite. I rather like how the slot layouts for the vehicles are shaping up, so we can't copy it directly. Plus some of the concepts (but not the execution) is decent. I like the more appreciable shield recharge, and passive tanking with modules should totally be possible. Same with the idea behind Passive Armor Reps, I like the idea of a "Stable" rep, but it should be like....50HP/s as a means to do maintenance on armor, with active armor reps for the big bursts of repairing.
