The Starter fittings seem to be unfinished. My Minmatar and Amarr alts both still have a "sniper" fitting. The version on the Amarr also breaks its PG limit. The new fitting doesn't seem to be there. |

I have some very, very mixed feelings about the sniper rifle weapon due to how it 'encourages' people to (not) play and the behaviours they (don't) learn with instant access to it. I agree that a sniper starter loadout was pretty ********. Sniping is supposed to be a higher level playstyle in Dust, due to how the game dynamics work. Without people in the meat grinder, most of the roles run into issues.
However, the loadout seems to interact weirdly with existing characters. Both my Amarr and Minmatar still have a Sniper and no Recon, but the Amarr Sniper is above the PG limit. |

And still no indicator for active equipment!
IMO an equipment UI would make placing uplinks and other stuff far less tedious. It would allow you to focus on everything else more easily and always know exactly which pieces of equipment are still alive and how much bandwith you have to spare. |

Same thing here, no recon, no shield av, sniper above pg limit starter fit changes only apply to new characters. ...But there are changes. My Frontline fit now has a drop uplink, for example. Now I'm even more confused. |
