Oh for sure, my Amarr Logi is going to be very happy very soon. I was trying to fit a Complex Light and Sidearm damage mod to my fit (because why on earth does the Amarr Logi ak.0 have a 3/4 H/L slot layout? Got to use the highs on something I guess) but it wasn't quite possible because of fitting costs. That is no longer an issue! On top of that, I always use assault scramblers on my logis which is getting a huge buff, and two of my three equipment slots are deployables (uplinks and hives) which are getting a max carried buff. Ah yes, this will be good.

What are the ISK costs of STD/ADV/PRO damage mods really quick?

Why would a Minmando benefit from this? Assuming you don't have fitting trouble or ISK trouble then two light damage mods will be better.
As for logis this is a great benefit to Amarr logis and if CCP ever does the sub-classes idea for logis (two variants per race, 1L 0S 4E and 1L 1S 3E) then other logis could benefit as well.

Minmando because free damage mods. On a Proto fit though, no way. Damage mods on a Logi? That's just wrong, imho.
Care to explain what other uses a Logi ak.0 has with 3 high slots? Shields? Get out! Precision? What's the point if you don't amplify and then you're losing armor. Melee? Maybe now that it also includes jump, maybe.
