It's speed may enable certain suits to outrun it but there's no way in hell you'll outlast it. If an amarr scout is fixated on killing you, you won't be able to escape because even if you get some extra distance in sprint speed he'll keep chasing you and find you faster than your stamina can regenerate. I'm a gallente scout but imagining myself as a proto amarr scout instead of a galscout I could say with at least some certainty that whoever uses this suit doesn't just watch targets get away, you decide wether or not to let them get away. Text complete. They are slower than a MinAss with less HP. If you want a tanky scout, a MinAss is a better option.
At the same time, if you want to dampen, the Gal Scout can do it easier, and as a result provide more flexibility.
Other suits can just do what the Amarr can do, only better.

Other suits can just do what the Amarr can do, only better. slower yes, but less HP? if you're referring to the extra high the minscout has over the amarr/gallente scout's that you're almost guarranteed to use for an extra shield extender than that's really nothing that one ferroscale/reactive plate can't match on the amarr... or is there something that I'm missing? I'm a galscout after all, I'm only saying what I think of the amarr scout without actually having access to the suit. MinAss = Minmatar Assault not Minja. Minmatar Assaults have more HP AND speed than the Amarr Scout. The only time an Amarr Scout has the MinAss beat is when a Gal Logi with 15 dB scans come out, at which point the Gal Scout becomes a better option than the Amarr Scout because of its ability to beat scans and still retain flexibility.
