It really isn't, I said nothing about standing in their optimal out in the open, or about ramming into them (assuming that's the vehicle equivalent of melee?)
You get the attention of a dual hardener tank - they spam hardeners... This can be done by letting them see you, or just popping a few rounds at them. Your 30 seconds start now.
If it's a Gunnlogi (chances are, it is!) You can use the slopes to stay below their lowest turret facing... If it's a Madruga, just drive behind it.
If it's a blaster tank, you keep a distance, getting close is getting dead.
Missiles or rails, use buildings, make them chase you for it... Use the bumpy ground to make the missiles spew everywhere, half will miss, or they will have to delay firing.
Yes 30 seconds is a pretty long time, but if you aren't dual hardened, you have an extra slot for either more hp, or more damage, or more speed... A turbo will make this much easier, if they have a turbo as well, then you gotta work a little harder, but they're that much easier to kill when you're done.

Well no I'm not, there's a whole lot of stupid in this game, it's really not as hard as everyone makes out. |

At no point was I defending it, I made it pretty clear I think it's scrubby and that I hope the fitting nerfs make it a useless fit... I'm just pointing out things you can try to do if you honestly thought they couldn't be beaten. Obviously for those having too much trouble moving behind an object, you can always dual harden yourselves.
Sir Dukey wrote:I can hit a moving tank from 300m away with ease, it's not as hard as you make it to be. Can you hit it through an object? If so you should maybe do a few bug reports.
300 meters away, if you go behind a building, the hardened tank will have to chase.
Can you hit it when it's behind your turret, or on top of your turret, or under your tank...
It's also not as hard to beat a dual hardened tank as you make it out to be. |
