This event obviously didn't change how a lot of people play the game. So why wouldn't faction warfare and PC's be included in the clone counter? A dead clone is a dead clone. AmIRite?
Maybe because they wanted to try how working MU in pubs?
Because balancing is better right now than was before.
It is sadly, we will not propably make it (by that CCPFrames message), but hell i and i know few boykos with me tried and thats counts.

I am not sure that it is only public contracts. The announcement was worded in a really odd way that was not clear at all.
It is only pubs, you have it in event info ;l
A few notes and conditions:
- Only clones actually destroyed are counted in public contracts, and not deaths. This means that if you kill someone that is revived, and then kill them again, this only counts as one destroyed clone, not two.
- Clones killed by friendly fire are not counted towards the total. Shooting your friends in the back is junk data.
- Active characters for this event are defined as any character that plays and wins at least 3 matches during the event period.

Something is better than nothing. 20 keys + WB Cmpnts + ? BPO > Nothing. It could be an Assault G-I BPO for all we know. Even then, the event is to instill a fresh spirit of active and collaborative participation, not the status quo of logi-sentinel conga-lines. Bitter vets be killing this game.
I agree here free something is better than nothing.
Helvete i found KaalAss in one box and i already put few skill on it.
For the future run.
If the BPO will be weapon or suit and for free, im in for hunt.
