They are balanced, because they have horrible regeneration statistics, are slow and have really bad eWar stats.
Still need a range Nerf on the normal HMG variant, since running an Assault is pointless because of this. And because they are too far reaching. Also, the explosive resistance needs to go... Like really. MD should be more effective on them. If you buff the MD tho, it will become OP.
