No.
Whatever he did to get banned must be bad, and he deserves to be punished for it, but a ban may have been too much. I do not know the crime and thus will not say it was too strict.

Whats there to explain? He sold ISK for real money that had beeing farmed off tons of districts. Real money trade is a permabannable offensive.
