The viziam scr, and the duvolle tacs, the boundless HMGs and CRs, taking full advantage of every advantage! These are the weapons of the champions of this event! Yes, it'll be the guys afraid to lose suits. It'll be the guys taking long flanks and keeping range so they don't lose a suit. It'll be the guys going 23-0.
Until you realize the guy playing like a maniac in a Dragonfly scout going 14-10 is actually running better numbers for the event, and then you realize you can't do math properly because your parents are first cousins. The guy going 7-17 is running better numbers. You realize two teams wrecking all the clones is way better than one team wrecking one side of clones. Just make sure everyone has good uplinks and get to it.
The spirit of this challenge is recklessness. If it were a surgical kill experiment your deaths would be subtracted from your kill count.
But do what you like man. It took me all of one day to realize being mad at stupid is a huge waste of time, because it's ever-present.

I've witnessed more APEX, BPO, and starter fits tonight than I've seen in a long time.
I dare to say, people are catching on to what it'll take.
Having fun doing it too.
You get a blue tag in here telling us that promoting the use of cheap/free gear during the event, trying to decrease the TTK, and trying to make sure as many clones are killed per match is boosting and I'll run proto the rest of the event.
Look man, I've switched over to proto plenty during this event. I've played against guys that I didn't want to loose face to. Guys that were running their best gear and got shredded in my paper thin Serpent Scout, and said "you know what? No, eat a bag of dicks scumbag!" and I switched out. I got blasted by that Gunnlogi and said "Nope, where's my forgegun?". I don't expect anyone to play to lose. I"m just saying that when you see a team of guys playing this event right, do your part. Get dirty.

Now I will admit, 1000 components is weak...come on CCP, you can do better than than. 10,000 would be a prize!
