Will never happen. Microsoft doesn't allow games on XBox to cross play with other platforms. This is why Dust was not on the 360, CCP offered, Microsoft demanded exclusive access, so CCP said screw you and went with Sony instead.

Progression to PS4 is the logical step from PS3. Even if PC is the superior system, it is far easier to expect PS3 users to buy a PS4 rather than buy a PC. Porting to PC would be a giant "F**k You" to a massive portion of the current playerbase, and that's just wrong.
Now PC and PS4? That would be legit, but if it has to be one or the other, it should be PS4.

Considering they're going to stop production of PS3 this year I believe, its safe to say PS3 is on its dying breath. Dual support for some time would be nice, but the game has to migrate OFF of PS3 at some point, otherwise it'll hold back future development.

You do realize that Gamestop just started taking PS2s as trade ins because the demand was so high right? And now you are saying the the PS3 is in its death throes? I am not buying it. That being said, they will port Legion for the sake of simplicity before they ever port Dust.
Many players, myself included, pretty much use their PS3 for Dust alone....as much as I love the game its hard to justify buying another PS3 when this one dies, simply to play Dust.

I've yet to see any indication that Legion will be on PS4, much less any indication of when it will happen. As I've stated before, my conversations with CPM have reiterated that "Legion is not what people think it is"

Haha well thats another point. I know Dust existist, Legion is dubious as best. I'll put my money on the former actually persisting into the next gen over the latter.

Sure but how long will that last? How long can we REALLY rely on fringe PS3 purchases to maintain the playerbase?
