I found this while doing a search on google for "tactical swarm launcher" which does indeed technically exist.

Stranger yet, the login button gives a "not found" error, yet if you click on the "moderator" button, it gives some alternate login method and the ability to log in via steam.

My mistake, I found the ghost forum while searching DUMBFIRE swarm launchers, not tactical. It's the second result.
