Hello all. While the rules are laid out very simply and the idea is rather plain, I have in every event of this kind seen people blatantly NOT using the most efficient methods for achieving the goal. So here are a few tips.
1) NO NEEDLES. The objective is to lose clones; therefore, even if you think you can destroy more by keeping your team alive, you are wrong. Repping is fine but once they go down they should stay that way.
2) CAP THE BODIES. For those unaware, a clone is capped when your reticle no longer turns red when aiming at said body. Shoot at a body until you see the color change or hit it with an explosive as this instantly achieves the desired effect. I encourage the use of all explosives during this event, especially a flaylock. You can cap blues using this as well to keep the no-good injector-happy bastards from getting them up. In general it is a good idea to use weapons that cap on kill (PLC, FG, RE, etc.).
3) GO FOR THE CLONES. Hack objectives and stuff if you must, but for the most part both teams should be trying to maximize clone loss per match. I hate seeing matches end with something like 120 clones to 20 or something like that. In each match, try to keep track of the clone count on each side and adjust your fitting level as necessary to balance the clones. There is nothing I enjoy seeing more than a skirmish that ends when one teams clones the other but only has 0-10 left.

I played about 5 "good" matches today, the teams were actually trying to maximise the clone loss, taking the objective when their MCC got low on HP.
It's really nice to finally see actual teamwork in pubs. :3
