Does a list exist on these forums or the Internet that gives a detailed list of each Unlock and what it does?
If anyone has a linl that would be appreciated.

If you're asking for a list of every single unlock for the Warbarges (Including those not released) then no. I don't believe CCP has even figured out the rest of the functions yet.
As for the current functions though, you have...
Mobile Factory.
Description: The Mobile Factory manufactures Warbarge Components, maintaining a continuous output, while being compact enough to fit on a Warbarge. Each level increases the output by 100 parts. Level 1 starts at 200 a day with a capacity of 400. By level 5, you should be getting around 600 a day I believe.
Market Network.
Description: The Market Network allows the mercenary to seek out optimal objectives, constantly renegotiating payouts based on his performance. Just a passive Isk bonus, it's not very much. Level 1 starts at 62K a day and jumps to 83K by level 2. Probably the most useless subsystem, but it's still nice to get a little bonus I suppose. Not sure what the final results are for Isk generation.
Augmented Ammunition Facility.
Description: The Augmented Ammunition Facility increases the relative power of primary weapons through methodical prevented maintenance, rigorous calibration, tuning and trials. Damage increase, not much to say about this. Level 1 starts at 1% and goes to 5% at level 5.
Neural Battle Statistics Center.
Description: The Neural Battle statistics Center tracks the mercenary's every thought, providing feedback, faster cerebral recover and accelerated learning from each battle event. Pretty much the same thing as the daily login bonus, this just gives you a little extra passive SP. Level 1 starts at 3,720 and jumps to 5,036 at level 2.
Experimental Laboratory.
No, DeeDee, don't touch that!

Description: The Experimental Laboratory combines state of the art research with the reverse engineering of salvaged weapons, often resulting in the synthesization of conventional and sometimes experimental weapons. Next to the Mobile Factory, this is the most useful subsystem. It manufactures experimental weapons, which are slight upgrades of prototype weapons, but not only that, it has the possibility of giving you officer weapons as well. The only downside is that you need 198 Warbarge Components to claim each weapon created, so I wouldn't recommend this one until you have your Mobile Factory at level 3 or higher.

- Armory - Increased number of fittings + some other bonus
- Salvage Drone Bay - more EOM salvage
- Code Research Center - generate Hacked keys
- Reprocessing Plant - turn gear into Nanites
- Focused Laboratory - creates specific weapons using Nanites and Components
but those only cover some of the currently unavailable slots |

I don't care if we have a player market. Why does it matter? Dust 514 will never have industry or a fully fledged economy like Eve Online. Simple player trading is all we really need. Maybe later it can be iterated on to be some kind of primitive contract system, but if it doesn't I'm not going to cry about it.
