I was just recently killed by a plc user the big ball of plasma clearly missed me as it flew right by me but far enough to not be in splash damage and much less direct damage range (I was also moving around a fair bit so as not to get hit by snipers) yet I was killed in a scout suit by an advanced ammar suit with an advanced plc from 80 meters away and the damage delt was a bit over one thousand

If it would have been legit I wouldn't be complaining but I've used the plc myself and there's no way this guy could have gotten the kills he got

I saw two others die from the same person although they were behind cover or more then 5 meters away from the explosion

there was a bit of lag which made me suspicious from the vary start so there's that, and leads me to believe that this guy is somehow cheating, I have gotten a kill from over 40 meters away by using a plc but that was because I was aiming at an objective on a skirmish and I got lucky that someone was dumb enough to just be standing there

I like the parts where people hit me at point blank range and take no splash damage... They are basically close enough to cop a feel and hit me with an explosive, then skip away unscathed, full armor and shield :c

The round superheated the air around you causing your shields to overload while small trailing plasma particles burrowed through your armour to critically damage your clone implant causing catastrophic clone failure.

[by and by my personal long distance PLC kill was 109m and purely by accident]

Could be due to lag or other issues that frequently affect game play.

Yesterday, I Ion Pistoled a Calscout down to a tiny bit of armor, but he then dropped an RE at his feet as I closed in to finish him off, detonated, killed me but somehow took no damage himself. We were pretty much face-to-face. Killscreen said he was 1m away with 17 armor. :^/

I tend to stare and bask at its glory before dying.

Dude. Put his name in here or expect people to just dismiss it because the PLC is not seen as OP or even very effective. Just my thoughts. If he is cheating they need more info.
