Cuz if you want your corp in that alliance, you want to talk to Viktor Hadah.

Have you tried recruiting?
You won't get a ton bigger just being in an alliance. You will seem bigger though.

I guess this is the Dust version of null sec renters.
Sigh.
Note: there is no price in Eve set by CCP to join an alliance; any fee charged is charged by the alliance itself. The alliance executor corp pays 2 million ISK per month per corporation in alliance, but there is nothing in the game that requires them to pass that fee onto the member corporations.

No, the corp that is in charge of the alliance pays that 20 million; so in ROFL's case, ROFL Holding would pay that.

Your corp pay 2 million per month as every other corp in the alliance, doesnt matter how many members you have.
