I don't feel like it's support's fault for not being able to reply to all the tickets in time. That said so many obviously broken things make it into production after updates. Which to me either says that the UAT wasn't complete (very much doubt this given how apparent some of the things that make it through are) or that that the dev environment doesn't accurately reflect how things will run in prod. It seems like a huge problem since it forces us to be beta testers and puts our accounts at risk in the process.
It's a freemium game though so I don't hate on CPP for not having an army of 24/7 support people on staff just for Dust. Or for not being able to have cleaner releases. I buy AUR (get bored and buy respecs mostly) but I like that I don't have to pay if I don't want to. The vast majority of people probably spend nothing and expect the world.
Right now I have a problem that is essentially preventing me from being able to play at all (doing so will mess up some of my stats which show the problem I'm having). Best thing you can do is be patient or find something else to do until things stabilize again. |
