What? Everyone was complaining that they weren't getting any hate mail. I'm just helping. ^~^
Love is a very strong word though... Addicted to it like a crack ***** is more appropriate for many. It's okay though, acceptance of the truth is difficult for many. You'll come around, and once you do, we'll have you cured of your affliction in a jiffy!

It's a pretty good game, now. The biggest issue is all the controversy and kicking/screaming it took to get it to where it is.
We went through a few years of Carbon Engine gameplay that ended in literally nothing except wasted time and assets. Then a standard U3 game that was plagued by bad development and a constantly changing vision.
We finally have the developers this game deserves and personally I'm bitter that it took so long and far more bitter over assets getting axed.

Fair to say I love the game too!
Few other games have kept me glued to my ps3 this long. Worth every second!

Yeah I've played destiny, cod, planetside 2, evolve, all that jazz. Dust is the only keeper so far. It has so much more potential than other shooters due to both the universe and the sandbox intent, slowly but surely the devs are doing it some justice. |

I knew this game was crack, it's still not good enough to be pure columbian cyo-caaaine. Maybe in a few more years.

There's no doubt this game has whatever the videogame equivalent of crack is - personally I think it's the endless stats and figures that you have just enough control over. and the balance... oh boy....

Dust 514 has it's moments, for sure. I enjoy it. Love it? Well, that's an incredibly strong word.
If Dust 514 ever features PvE then we can reopen this "love" thing again.

I would like to add that this is the most fun I've ever had in a game where I consistently get my **** kicked in on a regular basis.
It can be -highly- frustrating to play sometimes, but when you can find a good squad even going 0 - 6 can be a fun experience, and it's times like those that make going a few game winning streak all the more enjoyable.
Dust certainly doesn't pull any punches when it wants to tell you that you suck. I suppose I've come to respect that about this game, as opposed to many games that will bend over backwards to make sure you think you're top dog. |

I'd love it if me and dust had any real future together. I've moved forward with consoles to the ps4 but dust is still on the ps3.
She could also move to the pc as well but she's not interested. Sure legion could be hot but she's just not going to be the same from the looks of it.
If dust really cares then she'll move on so our love can grow but she's not interested.
I've been seeing other games.
