Amarr>Lazors and fundamentalism - if you like to melt shields and burn enemy for name of your empress
Minmatar>Bullets and ductape - if you like survivalism, scavenging and litle bit of all
Gallente>Plasma and freedom - if you like movie braveheart, freedoom, Quafe and Moooreeee Frrrrreeeeedooooom
Caldari>Railguns and meritocracy - If you like to shoot enemy from long range and you love shields more than armor

Use militia gear for a month while u save up sp and isk, then decide your favourite suit and guns and skill into it. As you gain more skill points you can expand out and get more weapons and suits. Skill Dropsuit Core Upgrades, Electronics, Engineering, armour upgrades, and shield upgrades first. They will help you most. Also, joint a corp, (*hint* Maybe mine) It will help you
