Personally I would focus everything on one race of the game, so get all that race suits level 5, the weapons, all core skills and equipment. I would choose between Gal and Minmatar because they have the largest range of stuff whereas amarr weapons feel nearly all the same as do Caldari (and the different roles aren't that different). As I like speed my final choice would be Minmatar, but it's really a question of taste.
So have your 5 suits with adapted weaponry, then add the weapons you don't have yet between these : PLC, MD, swarm, forge, knives, shotgun. And make a melee fit (you may need an extra suit for that) And have an Amarr scout with 2 precision enhancers for games crowded by scouts. |

If you put everything in dropsuit upgrades to 5 (including modules and equipment), it's 22M SPs If you put everything to 5 except the equipment, it's 17.5M

I will probably top all those off. Thank you btw.
Weaponry base skills cost 3.4M And you're welcome, for once I can really be useful so I'm happy |

Ok the five proto suits of a race=13.4M Let's take Minmatar for example Maxxed out (except optimization) CR, MD, swarm, HMG, flaylock, NK, SMG : 28.3M Then you can add shotgun, forge gun and plasma cannon for fun and you have a super Winmatar character that can fill any role on the battlefield. Note that the last proficiency skill costs nearly 800k, so each time you skip it you can get an other weapon to level 5.
I won't put any vehicle as I'm a noob with that |

Personnal taste. I've always prefered speed and explosive weapons The only Amarr suit that I would like to play is the scout to be an ewar beast, the others don't interest me. Also here I said Minmatar because they have a large range of weapons/equipment and are pretty versatile thanks to their balanced slot layouts, which allows you to play any style you want and vary the way you play regularly. To me that prevents people from getting bored of the game.
Or if you don't like Minmatar, Gallente are also very versatile, fun and competitive
