Just looked up at the beautiful art work of stars on one of the new maps and noticed a chemtrail that wasn't moving, but was stuck, just like the rest of the sky is a big wallpaper! It got me thinking, wouldn't it be possible/beautiful to see a weather simulation in the battlefield where dust storms come and go, or heavy toxic gasses fog up the sandbox with acid rain?! Right now we basically have a slideshow taped in front of our view consisting of: red particles (volcano mood), or others like gray particles moving forwards and backwards on our screens. I mean, I would love it if you had a weather simulation that you could look out into the distance and see it fall or move vs a slideshow.
I put some links to YouTube of some weather simulations of snow particles impeccably well done in Resistance Fall of Man! Enjoy. They're 20sec ea. Btw.

Cool! Even if it's on their list of things to do, I'm happy! I just would like to see it impleimplemented in a year tho. |

I think CCP is pushing for project legion right now. With small patches to dust. Maybe in project legion?

For legion it is possible to implement. But I think right now before they get more involved with legion, they're going to get dust's basic core gameplay smoothed out then we can expect a drop-off/abandonment or something albeit far-fetched and wishful thinking but perhaps they just might do something unprecedented and intertwine legion, dust, valkery and eve online into one big MMO... |
