I thought it was something more complex, if u can use any STD bpo weapon or suits u can save tons of isk without too much issue. I don't get ur idea of cost efficient at all. I have a dragonfly that gave me like 10 millions isk in like 2 hrs of playing. :)
I can trade u an exile ar and some millions of isk for it if u want :)

Two Toxin SMG's with nothing else?
I run with complex modules, just STD bpo weapons for example quafe mass d, exile, toxin, u don't have to play only with bpos to save a lot of isk I pay like 7k for those dragonflys every game is like 300k isk so even if I die like 40 times I can get money (bad example but u have the idea)

Fit any STD weapon, their prices aren't that huge, as I said if u want I can trade u an exile ar and some millions of isk if u want. I sometimes use the quafe mass d with a pro minmatar assault and it is really cheap 80k fora proto is really cost effective, also pretty funny to run

I'm bad doing offers so I have to quit :) I don't have to many bpo's just gifts from ccp :) n I prefer keeping them. If u want that exile and some millions of isk for that unknown logi that u bought send me a msg in game.
