Well it seems as though once again I cannot favorite my APEX Series Dropsuit... again. Enough is enough CCP. Sad part is that I sent a ticket to CCP months ago when we all ran into this problem the first time. When I also addressed GM Scotsman and GM Archduke about this, it took a lengthy 11 days of correspondence with no intention on their part to reimburse my Aurum or USD$ back should the issue not be remedied. I bought my 'APEX' Shaman suit. This issue needs to stop recurring to us. ESPECIALLY IF WE PAYED THEM for the suit. Below was the last 5 days of messaging them. This is bad business on their part. Get it together. I didn't pay for just "functionality".

If bad things happen, then I guess CCP wants to cover up something. Only proving that they have bad business practices. What they need to do is rectify the situation and stop screwing over the people that spend money on this game that could be appreciated elsewhere.

but to the matter at hand. not being able to rename or favorite a suit takes away from, not the functionality of the suit itself but from other key functions this game provides. One of those being the fitting tab. Being able to rename your suits is a very important feature, unlike eve where renaming ships is only used to insult other players or named to genitalia, dust players use this feature to organize the many different suits that they have for different occasions. Not being able to rename a suit takes away from this key feature.
As to not being able to favorite it, come on CCP what better marketing technique could you use to promote the apex suits then letting the players walk all shiny like around the warbarge. besides your getting paid for it.

It's not about covering up for something, it's about following rules, which you obviously didn't really do. Don't worry, I got your back, should be fine now. And I can only repeat myself, this has been reported, and the people working things like this are working on it
All I want is to be able to enjoy what I buy from this game. If it can be fixed, thats all I ask for. I speak for myself, however there are many others who feel cheated by the same problem.

EDIT: "My gallon of milk only fits on the bottom shelf of my refrigerator - I PAID GOOD MONEY FOR THAT MILK AND IT'S SO DANG HARD TO REACH TO THE BOTTOM SHELF!! Mr Grocery Store Manager I want a refund!" Sigh.
