Usually within a few days at the most. It took them a week one time to respond to a ticket of mine. |

In my experience usually a day or two, the GMs are very helpful.

Depends about idea/issue in ticket.
I had tickets solved in few days or tickets with red herrings and finaly i had some tickets what i closed because they were inactive for long period of time.

It's never taken more then a few days for me to get a reply and sometimes not even a couple hours after I send it in.
Good ol' Archduke and Frame are awesome and work pretty hard to help me out when I need it :3
Maybe if you showed a little love you'd get some in return yo >.>

I think it probably also depends on the problem. I have no idea how CPP works but I've done technical support for a few years at different companies and priority, difficulty & capacity are a big factor in resolution time. Also if it was a known issue where you could burn through 20 tickets for the same problem in a short time those got priority since you'd be sorting out a bunch of people.
I've only ever created 2 Dust tickets myself. One I resolved myself within a week (no response). The 2nd one took about a month to get a response initially and the next response was 5 after days. No idea why. |

What if you sent them a email ? I've sent one about 2 weeks ago no FREAKING answer.

Depends on the issue you brought up on the ticket. The bigger the issue, the sooner you get a response. Plain and simple, really.

Barely a week. Petitions submitted over minor issues usually take 1-2 weeks to get a response. Sometimes they can be overlooked because people tend to submit too many pointless petitions which can drown out some of the other ones that deserve attention.

I have a ticket about $90+ with of components being deleted and it took them a month to do a quick check a say there was nothing wrong. So stupidly I bought more components to help reproduce the issue and they still don't see it.
I think it depends what you mean by bigger. If you mean the number of people it affects then maybe. It sure isn't the severity to the individual. |

The Warlords 1.0 release caused an incredible ticket influx, which in turn had a very negative impact on our response time. All sorts of new issues - Weekly SP Cap issues, Warbarge, APEX Dropsuits, loyalty ranks etc - required a lot of work, and a different approach. Some of these may require an hour or so to fully investigate, and that's per ticket. We're doing our best though. I'll start my shift later on tonight, so expect some replies

I raised a ticket about 2 Weeks ago about my inability to log in so just wondering if this is normal for current wait times or is it possible it has been lost in the ether and I should raise a new one?
