RR is not garbage at all, most of times when i was killed is directly by this weapon, end of story.

the ARR on the other hand while good is clearly over performing in CQC from personal use and also dieing to it.

RR is made like automatic marksman rifle ergo long2medium range, if you have proble with it go with AR.

What exactly is it that people want "fixed" about it anyway? Decrease the recoil and kick at ADS? At hip? Faster RoF? What could you add that wouldn't give it a much higher advantage, taking it's extreme range into account?
They want lesser kick to make from RR some OP mutatuion of "scrubgun".
It is easy, everytime there is somebody who want advantage without any trainning or skilling on it.
