Or if it's a module or a weapon, what kind?

Quafe something. Its the new flavor they have come out with. My guess. Although I wouldn't mind another C-1 suit I did a lot of work in my covenant.

I'm still hoping it's a BPO of one of those HEP mods we got from an event a while back. It does sprint speed+melee damage as a low slot.
