Please give us a free roam planet with a wider battlefield to explore. No real objectives, no MCC, just lawlessness and gang attacks. Maybe some NPC drones to kill?

We will get all of this stuff and more in Project Legion. Just wait a year or two. Oh and if you want to quit because everything is going to be in that game, know that all your stuff gets transferred over as well.

GǪWe'll see, Angus, we'll see. The announcement of "Project Legion" caused a lot of theories and predictions about how many of those early "promises" for Dust CCP will try to keep:

One theory is that any future "Legion" game will REPLACE Dust 514, providing all the combat things Dust does now plus the free-raoming suggestion you're looking for. I tend to call the free-roaming gameplay as "Prospecting on Planets".

One theory is that "Legion" is a planned child that was turned down by higher personnel, and CCP has been commanded to stay focused on Dust with whatever resources they have available.

My personal theory was that BOTH games would exist side by side. Dust 514 would stay a strictly COMBAT-for-hire game (where the only thing players trade is weaponry and suit gear). Legion would be the game where combat is downplayed, and the maps are made available strictly for players to SCAVANGE-for-loot with metal-detectors, shovels, and a weapon to guard themselves from the threat of drones or Mad-Max type gangs.
