how goes development on ScL(Scrambler Lance) or Plasma Mortor? Really hoping these are implemented with the new tanks...

Nope, but how about this new Autocannon!
It's an HMG, but it's effective against vehicles! AND IT HAS EXPLOSIVE ROUNDS!
AWESOME!
More anti-armor AV ideas, keep 'em coming. I don't see why that's a bad thing to roll out soon.
Joking aside, I'd love to see those in the game but honestly I'd just love it if the Caldari Swarm Launcher at least had variants that came with different warheads for different damage profiles.
Give us something CCP, we're dying out there while the Shield tanks laugh off AV.
As long as 4/5 (80%) of infantry AV weapons are Anti Armor based you're never going to achieve vehicle balance CCP

They mentioned the possibility of em swarms but never followed through. honestly I just want a reason to say f*ck off the the HMG and finally be racialy pure on my sentinel T^T

PLC on a galmando with complex damage mod and lvl 5 skills in applicable skills really really push shield tanks poop in. Not even joking if I catch one with its pants down I can pop them in 3 shots most of the time. And that's just with a standard PLC. My experience might be a factor in this, and a near blind hatred for tanks.....
