Today's daily downtime will be extended by 30 minutes in order for us to make some short notice hardware changes to Tranquility.
We expect to be online and accepting connections at 12:00 UTC.
Sorry for any inconvenience caused by this unscheduled extension.

No further update at present guys. Our operations team are still working on the issue.
Really sorry for the delay in having TQ back online, hopefully we'll have things up and running soon

The extended DT on the 23/24.02.2015. was planned and announced in advance. As the original post stated, this time the DT had to be extended to make some short notice hardware changes. We do not plan to make a habit of this
Also, sending a Support Ticket won't really do much in this case. The DEV Team is actively working on this as we speak. By the time Customer Support can process the related tickets, the extended DT should be over anyway.

Leider kann ich nichts genaues sagen. Unser DEV Team arbeitet daran alles so schnell wie m+¦glich fertig zu haben, so dass alle weiterspielen k+¦nnen.
