It's annoying, disorienting, hard on the eyes, and makes it difficult to aim.
It's extra frustrating when this happens while just walking on the side of a hill.
This feature makes Dust way too clunky.
Leave a slight camera shake for sprint-jumps I suppose just for immersions sake, but otherwise, completely remove it!
Who cares what some sniper has to say.
CCP, let's push for the license of Dust/Legion on both current Gen consoles!

I hate it when you begin shooting @ someone while going down a slope and then you're camera is locked into shaking as long as you hold fire.
I guess it's easier to fix than fix all the maps, so yeah, +1

My problem is when the game thinks you're falling, when you're just standing in certain areas where it thinks you should be.

Correct.
But I'm not talking about free fall. I'm talking about walking on an uneven surface and having the camera spazz out. You should also be able jump and shoot more smoothly.
