That's not to say its easy. Hell, I struggle all the time to let things go (positive and negative).... sometimes I do and sometimes I don't but in my experience reacting unnecessarily generally makes things a whole lot worse.
And you have been enlightened brother.
You have seen the other side of the moon, apply this to any poor sod in real life and you will see not as many bad people at heart, but good people at heart turned dark.
