If you want to straight up buy for ISK, you should check out Seraphim's store. I am the middleman who accepts BPO trades and gives a discount on your exchange, so long as I like the stuff I get. But I already have a KK scout, and 3 Frames ck.0 go for only 15 mill I think.
I don't think seraphim has the hawk suit, but i'll double check. 70 mil is not out of question. I'll email you in game tonight so we don't have to haggle in public (maybe even sync up for cal fw).
