First of all, replace Cadet with Private.
Cadets are trainees in Military Schools...

Add some flair to a few ranks.
Make it more Caldari.

6.)Captain
7.)Strike Major
8.)Colonel
9.)State General
10.)Peace Marshal

Flair and Caldari are two words that don't mix to my knowledge of lore.

Its very serious flair.
