Kero is correct, it'll be 6% at level 5.
What I'm wondering is, when the barge can be upgraded to Level 10, will the subsystems go to Level 10 as well, so the Ammunition Facility giving an 11% boost?

Also....you lucky bar steward! i'd had mine all to lv5 from when they were released. bought the brutor bpo and just use republic ACR and a CBR7 swarm with BPO damage and plate. thing sets me back about 8k but the ACR tears through amarr n gal suits
Yeah I stay at ADV stuff as well, RS-90 or BK-42, plus my EXO-5 MD.
Costs one hell of a lot less than running the proto weaponry
