Now that they buffed NK's there is a way to counter everything that doesn't know you're there, granted god hit detection and minimal lag.
Heavies are either fast and die to a charged shot (velociraptor them), or slow and can't backpedal. Tank your shields to deal with spray-and-pray.
Assaults are a problem, (at least for myself), but just make sure they aren't Gallente or Amarr and you'll win with a single charged slash. Make sure to move side to side while slashing them to make both knives hit.
Shotguns are the #1 problem for most novice/amateur Minja's. If its a SG scout, DON'T jump knife them, sprint, wiggle while sprinting, and uncharged slash them. Try shotgunning for a while and observe what makes targets difficult to hit. Its much different than with knives. You'll find that the hardest to hit is the ADADADAADADADADADADADADADADADA style strafe, while circle and figure 8 are fairly easy to hit in comparison. Don't ADADADADADADAD strafe yourself. You want to make 2 moves, kind of like a juke, and on the second one you want to circle outside of the blast, and towards the target, and slash. Inside of 3 meters, knife has the advantage, as the SG is hard to hit with in super duper CQC, whereas knife has a larger damage hitbox, and thus is stronger.
If its a SG assault, run for your life, and find another target. Were not the prey you are looking for. Alternatively, use your fine rifle, and out range them if they're stupid and out in the open.
Logis are easy, Gallogi tears are deliciously sweet and succulent. They're your #1 target. Make them pay for trying to scan you down. If you get scanned, you're as good as dead, and spawn back in with more damps, and fewer kin cats. Watch out for the BrAR on the Logi's as it is your #1 hated weapon in the world. If they have it, approach with extreme caution.
Commandos are your easiest prey by far. Any variety of these tactics will eliminate them.
Overall, just don't attack people who know you're there, if they turn, run at them or to cover if its available.
