Anybody else notice How when someone asks for a nerf to the Scrambler Rifle, even a slight one. The people defending the weapon bring up the CR?
One might say... I'm his apprentice... yet I'm very skilled.... So what does that say about my mentor?

From where I stand I was just saying how it was funny. But..... let's go here... amarr assaults have a reduction to heat building up.... which affects the heat build up of the charge shot as well.... which I should know from both ends.... the minmitar assault as a clip increase which only allows them to kill more armour based units in a clip, or a single shield stacked unit. Yet the amount of damage the CR does to armour is questionable alongside the amount of damage to shield the SCR does.

I see all suit dominate with it, and "if you miss your screwed" again bs you should be at range with it not cqc so if you miss you have time to recover, while your opponent with cr still has less range so if you die in that scenario you suck. The charge shot is what makes it op, if your using it at range like it should be then the overheat shouldn't be much of an issue. The it automatic rifles you have to pause during bursts to manage recoil which is equivalent to the heat up on scr, except cr doesn't have a one shot kill abilty at 100+ m. I will say again the above cannot be logically refuted anyone that does is clearly biased and or ********. Never knew the scr did 300 damage a shot to shields 
Oh now that is funny... Just funny. It can easily do over 300.

Want to try a TacAR? Same thing as CR and Burst AR. Yet I guess until data will show which is more OP

The CR is considered OP by the fact people rarely properly stack shielding. So that is where the ARR , RR , CR , etc. Are considered OP. The SCR is considered UP do to the same reason the CR is considered OP. Yet most armour stackers Don't feel the armour damage reduction of laser based weaponry.

I went over everything again: An Amarr commando Ak.0 with a complex damage mod,a viziam Scr will do around 548.923 charged headshot. Amarr com Pro has 10% damage bonus to laser weapons plus 7% more from the damage mod and 15% more damage to shields if the Scr has Prof V. So IF the values I saw in the game are correct, An amarr commando can get 205% headshot multiplier with the Scr.
