The charge shot is what makes it op, if your using it at range like it should be then the overheat shouldn't be much of an issue. The it automatic rifles you have to pause during bursts to manage recoil which is equivalent to the heat up on scr, except cr doesn't have a one shot kill abilty at 100+ m. I will say again the above cannot be logically refuted anyone that does is clearly biased and or ********.
Lets assume someone uses a Viziam Scr with two complex light damage mod this means the Viziam will have around 1.14 damage multiplier. That means a charged shot will do 285.285 damage,228.228 on armor. A head shot would mean 527.78 on shields and 413.66 on armor. Assuming you were staying still and the shooter hit your head with every shot,it would need a charge plus 2 or 3 more shots to the head. An Scr can only two shot a scout or MLT equipment. Also since you're a minmatar user I'll assume you strafe your way to victory so you'd be pretty much be hard to kill with a head shot meaning more shots will be needed to take you down. All this was assuming it was an optimal scenario for the Scr where it can do full damage which is unlikely in most cases
TL;DR: you're biased because you don't like the Scr

well,there is the Thale's Sniper rilfe on a Caldari commando Ck.0 with three complex damage mods, a headshot will have an approximate damage of a little over 1000

well,i didn't put in the factor of proficiency which will get you to to135% on shields 145% if you use an Amarr commando Ak.0. Then there are the damage mod penalties which I don't know exactly, just some vague stuff and cal sents can range from 500 shields to 800 so I can't really say I disagree nor do I agree with you
