Id like a range increase to about.... 30ft should be good. I would also like a proficiency buff cause proficiency sucks just a little. Increase +10 damage per level. Id like a wider spread cause its too tight to be useful and thats just unacceptable. About this cloak thing. Id like to be cloaked constantly cause decloaking is ***** and id like to be INVISIBLE, not this purple glow in the dark crap. Id like to teleport cause this sprinting bullsh*t is ridiculous. I want my EWAR back to the 'useful' status it was before, now its under the status of 'it sucks'. I think thats it. It's stupid you dont need to be cloaked if you go with shotgun scout, i think ccp need to remove completely the cloak in this game No skill when you kill other guy cloked.

KDR matchmaking would patch all the patches into pure patchitudity.

Will reread. @ Park Scouts probably are UP, but that can be fixed through changes to mobility (i.e. backpedal speed, inertia, assault/scout speed gap (if needed)), and small tweaks to the Cloak, HMG, ScR and GA Logi Active Scans.
