with current activity, I see little hope that that the community will not exploit more mechanics if
CCP go ahead with the proposed changes, leading to the same players repeating the same cycle

There is a greater number of active corps, but in reality there is a bare handful that can compete with the others At DMG we have had to reduce friendly attacks to -150 clones vs inexperienced teams as we were losing -40 And it left us getting re-ups we had not set or planned for, and in the end it just farms newer mercs The cycle continues, and there is no-one left to fight but the same mercs .... I am fearing, once changes settle, it will be 4/5 groups fighting it out, the rest being farmed The changes sounded good, but seeing corps try to out-rank Duna corp before changes are even confirmed.. gives a strong indication, it won't get PC very far in the long-run .. again..
