Firstly, there is no heavy suit that mimics type-II or type-B, we'd be using the crappy caldari that'll get shredded first sign of an AR or ScR, and if you want a chrome match it'll be lots of AR ripping em to shreds.
Secondly, Assault HMG is garbage on par with flay locks after nerf.
Thirdly - AA sucks why is it on to begin with ;o

Can you explain the differences to me? The difference is the weapons and slot lay-out.
Earlier suits were a 2/3 mix at proto, now it'll be a 1/4 set-up, which isn't helpful to a heavy who relies on lows more then highs.
Weapons weren't so rock-papper-scissorish in the past either. AR's will destroy your shield tanker.
If anything, the Basic Amarr Frame would be the closest to what we had - but it'll have an edge to every suit it confronts if you take out CR and RR.
