Proto'd it the first day, it sucked but it was the AMARR SCOUT! Then we did the numbers before and after its release, knew it would be terrible... to no avail it stayed the same for a few updates, then we got the precision bonus, then we got a indirect nerf and still slower than a dang medium frame. Plus the minmatar scout is better biotics wise.
