So that has to be there and honestly it's about hitting the target for every consecutive bullet which with strafe is not happening, but it's whatever, there are armour and shield stats that you need to consider, scrambler will remove shield instantly - where as a hmg doesn't so how can decide the highest? they all have downsides and good. Plus the hmg overheats so it can't continue shooting so yeah dmg is silly, effectiveness? Different story 1. Hmg 2. Scrambler 3. Assault Rail 4. Shotgun. 5. Haha I just played in a Skirmish and they were obviously a lot of modded controllers and figure 8 strafing. I even tried a 1000eHP standard commando and died in 2 seconds to Advanced Assault Rifles.
