Cannot access the Dust login pane atm due to "URL Not Found", so
I post it right in here:

BOOST IDEA QUALITY: Cheap+ [there's pretty much less r3turded
and more efficient ways to boost]
I'd loved to have it posted via help ticket, but no logging in possible atm.
Apologies to my fellow mercs for the inconvenience of not doing this
more discretly.

CCP does have sufficient server data and is well
able to check it with the information I have provided here.
There is no need for pics, CCP have stated that before
already., but I can provide even that if requested by CCP.
