I think it's more valuable to know about ideas that can improve the game, versus the opinion of some random guys friend who played the game 2 years ago in beta stage, and probably sucked at it.

No mercy. I think you are a bit confused... Minmatar is allied with Gallente, and Caldari is allied with Amarr. We aren't allied with the squids. If you notice, it is called the Minmatar Republic, and the Matari (as far as I know) are more interested in taking care of themselves--and their families--than taking care of the Republic. Also the Gallente were the ones to free the Matari from Amarr enslavement. Do even know any of the lore? I don't know much about New Eden but I do know at least this much. It's a rough game. There's risk, although not as severe as crappy players make it seem, and there's some weight, although not as much as vets wished, for your actions. It can become more accessible. It just has to open up lanes for different types of players the way that EVE does. Have your Corporate players, capitalists, competitive players, RP players, and casual players in their own lanes on the same road. The trading system will just start to open up the capitalist lane and we've had access to the RP lane since FW been in but it's never been much to work with.
