But could it perhaps be tailored into not being so fixed to giving you stuff you're not skilled into.
opened my collection of keys i amassed over the event and majority has been stuff i either have none or vey little sp into it.
you can't help feel its a little broken that i keep getting given caldari heavy suits when they're the only dropsuit i've not got at least lv3 in, same as forge guns, shotguns, mass driver and snipers. 90% of my rewards have been in those items

ccp has said that basic ( no skills needed) aur gear will be given out as salvage (with increased rates).
i played 1 match earlier and got 5 state protectorate assault suits ( from one match! ) which is amazing!.
this allows a constant way of getting free aur stuff, and making matches feel more rewarding.
so now instead of just isk, we can get increased isk via scrap salvage, AND more aur suits and guns :D . altogether is amazing
well done ccp :D
yeah moving the strongboxes to proto is nice but what i'm sayng is i'm getting items that i can't use. there is very little stuff i'm not skilled into (85m sp) yet it just so happens thats nearly always the stuff i get

it looks pretty crap tbh haha. have you ever seen the militia bpo that your recruits get? with the beige straps and brushed steel with a bit of sheen. its pretty much just that
