Iirc i had 2 complex and added a 3rd basic and the delay increased slightly - can't remember if it was this exect combination but adding a 3rd increased the time instead of decreasing. |

Just tried it and I was right. Add 2 complex then a basic - if you add the basic first you don't notice. |

ive alway wondered if the slots are ordered, the placement of modules would effect penalties differently? does anyone know? If the slot layout is ordered which slots is 1st for highs and lows? the wheel could be deceiving us.

Stacking penalties are suppose to be ordered from lowest to highest.
If you had +5,+5,+7 then for the formula they would be arranged as +7,+5,+5 to ensure you get the most benefit out of your more expensive modules. |

There should only be 1 type of stacking penalty, it should be 100% and it should apply to all stupid ideas like stacking penalties.
So if some proposes a stacking penalty of 5% , then applying the stupid idea stacking penalty the 5% penalty becomes 5%-5%=0% |

The stacking penalty on damage mods should apply to pg/cpu use. Instead of having to figure out an insane equation you should just be stuck with a crappy fitted suit if you want it to far out DPS every one.
+20% on pg/ cpu useage for each additional module would be great.

Lots of stacking penalties are broken. For example -- damage mods. No penalty at all there. Proto suits with 4 or more highs running 4 or more Complex Damage mods at full effectiveness. If you've been getting smashed for the last week more than normal -- that's why. |
