So it was a penal measure? Why wasn't I informed of my infraction? I have no clue as to their justification. I was thinking glitch, but now this information has come to light. I just don't know what to do. I'm confused and borderline depressed with a sprinkle of disgruntledness. |

Happened to me. Had to almost redo half a rank. Sent a ticket in and CCP said there was nothing they could do. It's all calculated. It's some bull.
