Are the factional bpo suits (Brutor, Tash Murkon, etc.) also available from boxes or are they purchase only?

Hopefully both. It's nice to be able to access the content you want via some means but also I suppose rather nice if you like the whole RNG key thing......
On one hand I can see the value of keeping these items within strong boxes. It could theoretically lend to an economy for CCP where players attempt to earn keys looking for rare loot..... selling what they don't need or think is valuable.
On the other I hate the idea of RNG...... randomised loot generation is awful. Hell I'm the one who used to go out and kill 2-5 tanks a match in FW and you know who looted the hulls? ******* Aero did. I like the ability to go straight for what I want and knowing the out come will be exactly what was promised.
However the two undermine one another..... which makes the issue not as clear as I once considered it to be.....

I opened a few boxes and got a Kaalakiota Scout C-I out of it.
