How do you justify a one shot kill pistol that also has range? You cant thats why it's op. There is no way to logically justify it. I understand it gets a headshot multiplier but how does a pistol have a higher headshot multiplier than a rifle shooting a far superior round at a much higher velocity? Bolt pistol was a terrible idea as well as the scrambler rifle, charge shots are op and cannot be balanced unless weapon overheats after charge shot. |

It's not op but its 60m range makes it useful.
In conclusion, pistols always have the highest headshoot multiplier.

You probably think the Plasma Cannon, Sniper Rifle, Flaylock Pistol, Mass Driver, Nova Knives, shotguns, Breach Scrambler Pistol and Ion Pistol with its charged shot are all OP.

It's slow, has 4 rounds, and has the slowest reload speed out of the 4 pistols.
As for the Charge Shot of the ScR, the heat build up of it is far worse than what stand-alone shots would take. As I remember, the damage is multiplied very close to 2x, yet it takes far more heat than 2 regular shots would. |

I remember back when it was really OP after sidearm rebalancing. I put 2 regular Bolts on a mlt Gal light frame and was getting 30-35 kills every match lol.
Hidden in the dark, I sit still, polishing my knife, waiting for you to walk by.

You have to be accurate with it, if your aim is good, it's OP. If your aim isn't good, it's a piece of junk in your hands. Not to mention you have to be able to time your shot for the charge up.

You guys still ***** about the bolt pistol? And not the ion pistol. If you're complaining about it one shotting your scout, remember that a charged std ion pistol will one shot a scout also. A breach ScP can kill a scout in 3-5 shots with the same TTK. Why are you only concerned about the bolt pistol? It is hard to aim with, requires a charge up time, and most people can out strafe the user. (Unless the BP person has god aim)

Yeah, the only thing it needs is a SLIGHT damage nerf. Otherwise its a awesome pistole. Me Oz and G3no ran a bolt pistol squad
while back. Reckage ensued.
You know the T-Bolt sniper rifle in UC3? BOLT action rifle designed so if you shot the air next to someones baby toe and they die?

My problem with it is still how easy it is to hit someone with it. I sometimes just point it in the general direction and I'm getting hits. It isn't my great aiming, it is the gun.
