Going by the rate of fire and clip size, let's assume 450m range and 300% Headshot multiplier
760 bodyshot damage on a proto calmando with 3 cpx damods
Headshot is death and instant clone termination for every suit, 2300+ damage

Fun for the once in a while slaughter fest. Zooms like the old Thales and head shots on those pesky proto forge gunners are so delicious.
If you have your reload to 5, it is a beautiful weapon to deploy. Go all Charles Whitman on some folks.

Bleh, no, no, no.... it can't be named off of Jacus Roden if it ain't a Gallente themed sniper rifle that shoots out plasma. That is like having a Gallente Plasma rifle and naming it Tibus Heth. Lacks authenticity = turn-off. |

These can be acquired through the experimental lab, but only appear in the fitting interface, not your assets. I like to put this on a frame's ck0 with a ton of damage mods. When someone comes hunting for me, I pull out the aRR. |

Yep.
I just found that a few weeks ago and when I went to see I had 3 Roden Sniper Rifles.
I may not have gotten a Rattati's yet even though I have 27 Officer Suits but having 3 Rodens makes up for it a little bit.
As long as 5/6 (83%) of infantry AV weapons are Anti Armor based you're never going to achieve vehicle balance CCP
