Everything will be OK!
Right now this seems to be the same issue again, but different...as far as I know the DEV Team is on this, and emergency hotfix is inbound. The event and booster losses/possible compensation is currently being discussed.

Hey there. Global compensation should happen, after we can be absolutely sure this won't happen again. Wouldn't make much sense to send out Boosters to everyone just to have the same glitch - for whatever ungodly reason - again, and have all players getting frustrated all over again. We're not inconsiderate. We're not lazy. We're doing the best we can, and sadly, cannot do any better by definition. I personally have over 500 ticket replies throughout the weekend. I'm sorry your tickets were not handled with all these, but I'll get there. Again, doing my best.

I am beginning to think GM Archduke is either a solo GM or they all use 1 account to answer us back?
What would you all think of a DEV Blog-type of thing, but about the folks in Customer Support? That could be fun, and maybe explain how most of the above actually works.
